A no-questions-asked refund can be made available to backers within 14 days of a campaign’s end. After that, we can offer a 90% refund as Kickstarter retains 10% of your pledge. However, after manufacturing has begun, we cannot offer refunds until after pledges are received. If a backer requests a refund after receiving their pledge and there is no defect with the product, the backer will be responsible for shipping it back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a 90% refund. If an item received is damaged, we would like the opportunity to replace or exchange it. Minor cosmetic issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you.
