MURPHYSBORO - Monday morning staff meetings at Splattered Ink will be a lot more comfortable by the fall.
The four-person team at the visual communications company has been meeting in owner Darryl Jones' basement since officially forming in 2006.
Jones became the owner of a storefront property on Walnut Street last Thursday.

Sales and Marketing Director Originally from Teutopolis IL, I moved to Southern Illinois in 1999 to pursue a degree in Marketing and Management from SIU. After graduation and marriage to my husband Mark in 2001, we decided to stay in the area to pursue our individual careers. I have worked as a full-time Marketing Manager for over six years at a local business. There I was able to dabble in a wide variety of skill sets, including product development, local promotions and customer relations. We welcomed our daughter, Ella Marie in July of 2007 and I decided to find a position where I could meld both of my careers. In February 2008, I joined the Splattered Ink team as a part-time Sales Representative. I love being able to provide innovation solutions to our customers needs while also spending quality time with my daughter.
